Full Time, Part Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available Setting: Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation
Ohman Family Living, a family-owned senior care organization with over 60 years of continuous ownership, is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our skilled nursing and long term care communities. Immediate openings across all shifts.
What you'll do
- Assess resident health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs/STNAs in daily resident care
- Communicate with physicians regarding changes in resident condition
- Oversee accurate clinical documentation and care plan compliance
- Respond to clinical emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, residents, and families
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory (ODH/CMS) standards

Requirements
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license, State of Ohio

Pay: $37.00 - $46.00 per hour Work Location: In person
