Schedule
Day Shift | 3x12s (7a-7p). The RN Intake Assessor completes timely, trauma-informed evaluations to guide the right level of care. Responsibilities include initial psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention and risk assessment, admission and level-of-care decisions, and coordination and communication with physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, emergency departments, law enforcement, and family members.

Requirements
- RN
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- BSN preferred but not required
- Active, unencumbered RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
- 2+ years acute behavioral health or crisis evaluation experience preferred
- New graduate RNs with strong clinical assessment skills welcome to apply
- Expertise in risk assessment, de-escalation, and payer authorization processes
- Must be 21 or older
