Sign-On Bonus for external hires: $3,000.00 paid over 1 year (Full-time, .80 FTE positions only)
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for a variety of tasks and services to assist in the provision of care and comfort for patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Reports and records observations and contribute to the efficient functionality of the department.

Responsibilities
PCT performs patient care and treatments under supervision of a RN. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service.

Must be at least 16 years old; Please note: Some positions may require at least 18 years old
License(s)/Certification(s): Successful completion and documentation of one of the following:
Must have recently or previously completed a CNA course Active CNA Certification or EMT-B Certification preferred Valid Driver's License when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within three months from date of hire
