About this role
A Wisconsin licensed Registered Nurse who is employed to identify, provide for and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of patient's total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice acts such as assessment, medication management, documentation, supervision of other nursing personnel and performing as the care manager. Join our growing Home Health and Hospice team.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- At least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical, Home Health, Hospice, or Long-Term care nursing preferred
- Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults
- Certified in Gerontology, Medical Coding, Wound Care (WCC), Hospice and Palliative Nurse preferred
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to change
