This is *not* a traditional office manager or front desk position.
The Clinic Manager is the operational leader of our clinic and serves as the bridge between our clinical providers and administrative operations.
You will help coordinate provider schedules, oversee daily clinic operations, support workflow efficiency, organize clinical resources, and ensure our providers have everything they need to deliver outstanding patient care.

- Organize clinical protocols, provider resources, and digital documentation
- Coordinate laboratory follow-up and provider task management
- Assist with onboarding new providers and team members
- Maintain clinic policies, procedures, and operational documents

Our goal is to create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, feel supported by one another, and take pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
*Compensation & Growth*
- Competitive salary of *$65,000–$85,000* based on experience

*How to Apply*
To be considered, applicants *must submit both:*
- A current resume
- *A personalized cover letter*
Your cover letter is an important part of our hiring process.
We want to know *why you believe you're the right fit for MDRN Wellness*, what excites you about this opportunity, and how your experience has prepared you to contribute to our team and culture.
*Applications submitted without a cover letter will not be reviewed.*
*A Final Note*
We recognize that exceptional people have options. If you're looking for a position where you simply clock in and clock out, this probably isn't the right fit and that's okay.
We're looking for someone who is excited to build something meaningful. Someone who enjoys creating systems, supporting a high-performing team, solving problems, and making a lasting impact on the lives of our patients and the future of MDRN Wellness.
As our organization continues to grow, this role will grow with it. We believe in investing in great people, providing opportunities for professional development, and creating careers, not just jobs.
