About this role
Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The RN will promote continuity of care through coordination of patient care services. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positions.
