*Granny’s Helping Hands is seeking an immediate opening for a compassionate and Energetic RN. *We are looking for someone who is responsible and a compassionate team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Conducting 90-day supervisions and consumer assessments
- Annual training evaluations for Direct Care Workers
- Monitoring consumers conditions, providing support
- Helping patients maintain their independence
- Creating and implementing personal care plans
- Recommendations for tools and devices to promote independence

Requirements

- Registered Nurse License
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Must have reliable transportation
- At least two years of home care nursing experience
