We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities Include

Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician prescriptions. Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques. Monitoring patient progress, evaluating outcomes, and adjusting care plans accordingly. Ensuring a safe, compliant environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols. Documenting patient care accurately and maintaining equipment and supplies. Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications Include

Active RN license in the state of practice. Effective communication skills, visual acuity, and the ability to work within a team. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
