What You’ll Do • Promote Member Wellness: Conduct daily health checks, lead engaging wellness discussions, and educate members on healthy lifestyle habits and chronic condition management. • Deliver Personalized Care: Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and oversee individual care plans with excellence and dignity. • Pamper & Engage: Partner with our team to facilitate peaceful, therapeutic experiences—from spa days and aromatherapy to music therapy and creative arts. • Collaborate & Guide: Perform member assessments, update care plans, and communicate warmly with families to keep them informed and supported. • Create Joy: Foster a calm, uplifting atmosphere where every senior feels valued, celebrated, and deeply cared for. What We’re Looking For • Active RN license in the state of Missouri. • A warm, optimistic personality with a true passion for serving and pampering seniors. • Enthusiasm for health promotion, member education, and holistic care. • Background in senior living, home health, memory care, or adult day care preferred (but your heart for seniors is what matters most!). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
