How you'll make an impact in this role
Care Planning: Implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans.
Clinical Monitoring: Record and communicate real-time condition changes to the care team.
Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
Order Execution: Precisely carry out physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
Transition Strategy: Manage discharge planning to ensure safe and successful patient transitions.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
What additional requirements you'll need
1 year previous Telemetry Med-Surg experience preferred. Bachelors in Nursing preferred
