Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate IV RN to join our team. This role involves administering intravenous (IV) therapies, monitoring patient safety, and supporting cutting-edge treatments including EndoLaser and light therapies. The ideal candidate is skilled in IV insertion, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions and light-based treatments
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure safe treatment delivery
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in real time
- Collaborate with physician and staff to coordinate patient care
- Uphold nursing best practices and infection control standards
- Ensure IV equipment and rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (required)
- Certification in IV therapy preferred
- Proven experience with IV insertion and venipuncture
- Strong knowledge of IV equipment and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- BLS certification preferred
