About this role
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is recruiting for a Nurse Supervisor at the new Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing nursing oversight to all LPNs, CNAs and clients in a 24-hour crisis care facility. The Nurse Manager works closely with the medical team, clinical team and other staff members in the planning and delivery of nursing interventions. Responsibilities include coordinating care, performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Shift: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm.

Requirements
- RN License in Washington State
- State mandated HIV education completed
- Continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements
- Experience in staff supervision and team leadership
- Mental health experience preferred
- Experience working with a range of patient age groups and health concerns
