Nurse RN or LPN

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility. Essential duties include monitoring residents' condition, preparing and administering medication, performing routine charting duties, and admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
