We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines
Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
Meet with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts' services, programs, and activities
Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program
Participate in facility surveys and participate in the updating of resident discharge plans as needed
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
Complete accident/incident reports and perform administrative duties as necessary
