As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to

Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.

Support clients in areas such as

  • Community Access
  • Personal Care
  • Medical Appointments
  • Peer Interactions
  • Recreational Activities

What We're Looking For

Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role Individuals that know American Sign Language whether you are hearing or deaf/hard of hearing Be 21+ years old Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License Must pass a background check Previous experience in human services is a plus
