The Adult Infectious Disease office located in South Cape is seeking an experienced RN to join their team.

Responsible for providing an excellent patient experience while delivering and documenting safe patient care through utilization of the nursing process in collaboration with the physician, practice leadership and other care team members. Provides oversight and coordination of nursing care delivered in the practice setting or telephonically, ensuring the care delivered is effective, efficient and achieves desired patient outcomes. responsible for supporting and guiding the care team in collaboration with the practice and physician leadership based on treatment plan, established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Demonstrates proficient utilization of available tools and resources which supports the unlicensed and licensed clinical staff including but not limited to: educating, mentoring, competency validation and evaluating.
Contributes to the provision of quality care in the office setting through excellence in customer service and utilization of performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. This position has the knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and behaviors appropriate to serve as a resource for internal and external customers regarding patient care.
