About this role
Registered Nurse RN, Part Time (Personal Care Services) at Elara Caring. Lawton/Duncan, OK and surrounding areas. Part-Time | Monday - Friday | No On-Call | No Weekends | No Holidays.
The RN conducts start-of-care visits, supervisory visits, and client assessments to ensure quality care delivery. Develops, reviews, and revises individualized plans of care. Supervises homemakers, personal care aides, and home health aides.
Monitors and reports significant changes in patients' physical and mental conditions. Educates caregivers, patients, and families. Ensures all services meet State, Federal, contract, and licensure requirements.
Conducts caregiver orientations and performance assessments. Evaluates home environments for safety risks. Maintains accurate clinical documentation, care plans, and service records.
