The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. *Job Duties* • Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusion and tube feeding. • Provide primary care and support for patients in urgent care settings. • Assist in critical care transport and ventilate patients when necessary. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Conduct ostomy care and acute pain management for patients as needed. • Participate in ambulatory surgery center procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. *Skills* • Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and tube feeding administration. • Experience in primary care, urgent care, or critical care transport environments. • Knowledge of ventilatory support methods and ostomy care practices. • Strong skills in acute pain management strategies. • Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment protocols is a plus. • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring quality patient care.
