Your future role at a glance: Location: Middleburg, FL Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital Schedule: Day shift | PRN How you'll make an impact in this role: • Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. • Prepare, implement, and document plan of care. • Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures. • Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. • Perform set up and provides equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Department of Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
