Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay: $55-$60/hour

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the center of each patient's healthcare journey by:
Providing hands-on nursing care in a busy outpatient primary care clinic.
Triaging patient phone calls and walk-in concerns with sound clinical judgment.
Reviewing lab results and diagnostic testing while coordinating follow-up care with providers.

Partnering with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to create individualized care plans.
Helping patients better understand chronic conditions, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring clinic readiness.
Delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient community.

Required Qualifications
Active California RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2+ years of RN experience (outpatient or primary care preferred)
Current BLS certification
Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
Experience working within an electronic health record (EHR)
Collaborative mindset and passion for patient-centered care
Extra Credit If You Have
ACLS and/or PALS certification
Experience in primary care, family medicine, ambulatory care, community health, or FQHC settings
Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
