About this role

Patient is a kind and energetic 7-year-old boy who is recovering from a heart transplant. He requires ongoing skilled nursing support, including tracheostomy care and nighttime ventilator management. Nutritional support is provided through a GJ tube. Despite his medical complexities, he is mobile, active, and enjoys engaging with his surroundings.

Shifts Avail

Overnights: Wednesday and Thursday 7pm 7am

Requirement

Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License Experience with Tracheostomy & Ventilator Needed for Day Shifts – Training provided to inexperienced nurses for overnight shifts.
