About this role
Registered Nurse position in the Behavioral Health Dual Diagnosis Disorder Unit at MetroHealth Behavioral Health Hospital in Cleveland Heights. Caring for adult patients (18+ years old) with primary mental health concerns and secondary substance abuse disorders. 20-bed unit. Part-time, 72 bi-weekly hours, 7p-7a shift with rotating weekends and holidays. Skills utilized include assessment, therapeutic listening, verbal de-escalation, crisis management, milieu management, and group programming facilitation. Works alongside LPNs, PCNAs, providers, psychologists, behavioral health specialists, and social workers.

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
