About this role
Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC). Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education. Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. Basic technology skills required. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Must maintain dependable transportation. Must be able to drive in all types of weather conditions.
