Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and patient care. Duties * Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures with precision and care * Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body waxing to enhance client appearance * Conduct hair threading, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to meet diverse client needs * Manage client consultations by communicating effectively about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions * Maintain strict sanitation standards for all equipment and treatment areas to ensure safety and compliance * Operate salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales management * Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients online, and grow the practice's digital presence * Upsell products and additional treatments through excellent customer service and product demos to maximize client satisfaction and revenue * Support front desk operations by greeting guests, managing appointments via salon software, and ensuring seamless guest experiences * Assist with retail sales of skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty tools while providing expert advice on product use Qualifications * Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing preferred * Proven expertise in injection administration of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers * Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures * Strong management skills with experience using Millennium or MINDBODY software systems * Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatments and aftercare * Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background is highly desirable * Skilled in customer service with a friendly approach that fosters client trust and loyalty * Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus * Ability to perform hair threading, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, body waxing, tattooing or barbering is advantageous * Knowledge of sanitation protocols necessary for maintaining a safe treatment environment * Competence in retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to enhance revenue streams Join us in creating a vibrant atmosphere where beauty meets wellness!
