- Graduate of an approved school of nursing or Bachelor's degree of Nursing from an accredited college/university
- Currently licensed, in good standing, to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year community health nursing experience or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations and guidelines pertaining to home care, including OASIS
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- In-home healthcare experience
