Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry 9S Full Time .9/7a Where You Will Work: The 9 South Cardiac Telemetry Unit is a specialized 44-bed department dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. We care for individuals experiencing heart rhythm abnormalities, blood pressure irregularities, chest pain, and those recovering from cardiac procedures such as cardiac catheterizations and ablations. With a 3-4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, our team ensures personalized attention and continuous cardiac monitoring using advanced telemetry technology. Nurses in this department play a critical role in early detection of cardiac changes, rapid intervention, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent complications. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
