About this role

60% FTE, 12-hour evening/night shift 7:00 pm - 7:30 am with a two in six weekend rotation. Holiday rotation required. 100% in-person at 8501 Excelsior Dr in Madison, WI. Seeking experienced critical care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide support from in-person eICU command center to patients of UW Health and regional hospitals with acute illnesses and management of chronic conditions. Round on average 35 patients per shift, admit patients, and respond to changing vital signs via e-care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, lead practice change, and mentor RNs at regional sites. Work collaboratively with RNs, a nursing assistant and an intensivist each shift.
