About this role
We have an immediate opening for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to care for a 3-year-old male client in St. Stephen, SC. This is a stable, ongoing case with consistent weekday hours — a great opportunity for a nurse looking for reliable, predictable scheduling with the same client and family each shift.
Client Overview
- Diagnosed with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Dysphagia, and Hydronephrosis
- Trach/GT dependent
- Ventilator used only during illness, which may require increased respiratory support and suctioning
- Receives GT feeds 4x per day and tolerates them well
- Currently working on PMV (Passy-Muir Valve) wear time, with increasing minutes per day
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in South Carolina
- Pediatric home health or private duty experience preferred
- Trach/vent care experience required
- GT feeding experience required
- Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a home care setting
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $30–$40/hour, based on experience
