Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments under the direction of our ENT specialists.
- Assist in office-based procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-operative care instructions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or surgical setting
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred
