About this role
Registered Nurse (RN) School Nurse Position (Summer Program). Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support within a middle/high school setting. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students, respond to illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and help promote a safe and healthy learning environment.
This position is Tuesday-Thursday with specific dates needed. Job Responsibilities include providing nursing care and first aid to students and staff, administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring students with chronic health conditions and care plans, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining accurate health documentation and records, collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers, and promoting health and wellness within the school community. Job
Requirements
Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire, one year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred, Current CPR Certification Required, Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred, must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions, must have reliable transportation.
