We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Job Title: LVN/LPN Duration: 13 Weeks Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule
- Both (Day and Night)
- Shift Timings: 12 Hours Shift
- Weekly Hours: 36/48
- *Local rate: $33/hr - $36/hr*

Responsibilities

- *Medication Administration:* Administer oral, IM, subQ, and approved IV medications while monitoring for side effects.
- *Patient Monitoring:* Measure vital signs, track intake/output, perform focused assessments, and report condition changes to the RN or physician.
- *Wound Care & Treatments:* Perform dressing changes, manage surgical sites, and handle catheter, ostomy, and feeding tube care.
- *Direct Patient Care:* Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and ambulating.
- *Documentation & Communication:* Accurately record all treatments and patient responses in the electronic health record (EHR) and communicate updates during shift handoffs.
Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per week
