This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do
As our Clinical Educator, you will help shape the success of our clinical team by leading education, training, and quality initiatives:
Lead and support new team member orientation
Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs
Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar
Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications

Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly)
Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings
Support tele-psych (long-term psychiatric management)
Monitor and support staff compliance (TB testing, education requirements)
Assist with policy development and process improvement

Active Missouri LPN or RN license (REQUIRED)
CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train, motivate, and support staff
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to lead change and promote high-quality resident care

Requirements
Active Missouri LPN or RN license (REQUIRED)
