**$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
