About this role
Skilled nursing components are the assessment, judgment, intervention, and evaluation of interventions in accordance with the plan of care for the client. Looking for at least 2 RNs. 1 RN will serve as RN supervisor in charge of caregivers, companion sitters, RN's, LPN's, and LVN's training and competency. Another RN will be back up and work on call and as needed. Evaluate new client needs for home healthcare, make medical recommendations, train other medical staff on ADL's and nursing services, and patient red flags and how to report to medical team.
