About this role
HCS Registered Nurse - Flexible/Hybrid. Theia Health Group is hiring Full-Time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing support to agencies who care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings. Theia Health Group is NOT a staffing agency, but rather a nursing support agency.
This position offers significant schedule flexibility, work 2-3 days/week remotely. Must be willing to travel to different agencies in Houston and the surrounding area. Duties include comprehensive nursing assessments, quarterly nursing assessments, remote staff training and delegations, monthly telephonic contact with Host Home providers, monthly medication reconciliation, clinical chart audits, on-call via telephone, and training for unlicensed personnel.
