RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include
- Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- Follow up to physician's orders
- Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- Provide on-going training to staff
- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- Ensure survey readiness at all times
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
- Able to critically think and problem solve
- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Positive attitude.
