What You'll Do Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law) Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation
