About this role
Lead with Compassion – Join Our Night Team Shift Hours: 3pm-11pm
As a Night Shift Charge Nurse, you'll ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support during nighttime hours—while leading and mentoring the night staff.
What You'll Do
- Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift
- Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law)
- Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team
- Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff
- Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation

Requirements
- RN
- LPN
- Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required)
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
