RN III Fetal Care

Registered Nurse III - Fetal Care (Inpatient). The RN III in the Fetal Care Program provides specialized inpatient nursing care to mothers whose unborn babies have complex or high-risk medical conditions and fetal conditions. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to high-risk antepartum and peripartum patients. Monitors maternal and fetal status, recognizing and responding to clinical changes. Collaborates with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatology, anesthesia, and surgical teams. Provides education and emotional support to patients and families navigating complex diagnoses and care plans. Coordinates care across disciplines to ensure seamless transitions throughout the inpatient stay. Maintains accurate, timely documentation. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation.
