Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Registered Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Missouri RN licensure in accordance with Compact Act
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online BLS without skills assessment not sufficient)
- Clinical Specialty experience (2 years required)
- Advanced clinical skills (e.g., PALS, ACLS, IV Certification, Bone Marrow Biopsy)
- Completion of National Specialty Certification relevant to the area, if applicable
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or MSN
