Cornerstone Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one on one overnight care for a male quadriplegic patient in Warner Robins, GA on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
Perform G-tube feedings and provide tracheostomy (trach) care as needed
Monitor, assess, and document patient condition accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Active Georgia LPN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Home health experience preferred but not required
