Adult patients with an average length of stay of 3 days and average daily census of 31. Nurse - Patient ratio: 1:4-5 on Day and Evenings, 1:5-6 on Nights. Teamwork and safety are priorities for our patients and our team members. Clear communication and delegation are essential for the team’s success.

Responsibilities - Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions. - Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. - Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care. - Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
Qualifications - Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. - Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
