Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support nursing staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the RN or healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare staff to provide excellent patient care.
Qualifications
Valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
