About this role

Duties
Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Conduct patient intake to help physicians develop treatment plans and strategies by asking patients questions about current symptoms, medical histories, and medication to provide physicians with a complete understanding of current medical needs Perform vital signs and other tests on patients Support clinic physicians by preparing equipment or instruments for exams and procedures Provide direct care to patients, including administering medication or treatments, changing wound dressings, applying topical treatments and/or administering IV or direct injection medication Maintain and clean exam rooms between patients Liaise between physicians and patients by fielding patient questions, relaying test results, scheduling follow-up appointments, coordinating prescription orders and refills, and other assistance that may be requested by patient or physician Maintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policy
The Clinic Nurse assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
