Phone Triage Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics (Gilbert, AZ)

• Provide telephone triage, clinical advice, and patient education to parents and caregivers

• Collaborate closely with providers to determine appropriate care recommendations

• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed

• Identify urgent and emergent situations requiring immediate medical attention

• Support continuity of care by communicating effectively with providers, staff, and families

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and nursing practice standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of pediatrics nursing experience

• Previous phone triage experience preferred

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

• EHR experience (eClinicalWorks preferred)

• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a healthcare team

• Current BLS certification
