Day and Night shift | Full-time, Part-time and PRN Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct bedside care by following established clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes. Create, manage and continuously evaluate individualized care plans while monitoring patient condition and communicating vital status changes to the clinical team.

Serve as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to deliver a seamless, collaborative healthcare experience. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately while evaluating, planning and coordinating efficient discharge transitions alongside the broader care team. Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Preferred Credential(s): Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
