Current Opportunities: Private Duty Nurses (RN) Location: Chicago Northwest Suburbs Pay: Starting at $38-40 LPNs and $40+ RNs per hour, based on experience and case complexity Schedule Options: Day shifts, night shifts, and live-in assignments available

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home setting
• Perform medication management, chronic condition monitoring, and holistic patient support
• Collaborate with experienced Nurse Case Managers and other Broad Street nurses
• Deliver person-centered care with the time and space to do it right
• Engage long-term with Clients and their families, no rotating case load
