Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting CNA staff to ensure safe and high-quality resident care throughout the shift.
Requirements
Active LPN License (CO or Compact License required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred (LTC/SNF preferred)
Experience in medication administration and resident care planning
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6p–6a)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Facility Details
74-bed long-term care facility
Night staffing includes LPNs and CNAs
Stable census with skilled nursing population
Team-based environment with charge nurse support
