Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 6 weeks Openings: 2 American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a home health assignment supporting HCHB PointCare implementation, requiring at least one year of home health experience and HCHB PointCare experience (Oregon license required if applicable).
Details Home health setting supporting Providence Oregon locations Monday through Friday day shift schedule (8:00-16:30) First three weeks focus on HCHB PointCare training with a mix of in-person (Tue-Thu) and virtual (Mon/Fri) sessions Following three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff Minimal direct bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Oregon LPN/LVN license required if applicable, license pending acceptable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience required Must be tech-savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others Additional Information Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during EMR go-live Gain hands-on experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools No time off will be accepted for this short-term contract
