Role: Registered Nurse in a Critical Care Step Down Unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care for conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.
Responsibilities
- Utilize skills such as EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
- Monitor patients using advanced technology, including telemetry, virtual whiteboards, and patient lifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members including PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, and OT.
- Apply critical thinking, delegation, and time management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
