About this role

All-4-One Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Manager for our growing CHAP Accredited Home Health Agency in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities include

Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes.

Overseas the scheduling of all patient services with the scheduling coordinator.

Receives and approves patients re certifications and/or discharges.

Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.

Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition

Conducts in-home initial, recerts, and supervisory visits, etc. as necessary.

*Acts as back-up for the DON/ADON/ALT. ADMINISTRATOR as necessary.

COVID-19 considerations

Agency follows CDC guidelines.
